How Black Flag Funding collects, uses and protects information submitted through the Benefits Partner Network website.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to this website and the Black Flag Benefits Partner Network application process. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of third-party program administrators, carriers, vendors or websites.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including your name, agency, business email, phone number, licensed states, industry experience, employer-market focus, group-size profile, application responses and consent records.

We may also collect technical and campaign information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, cookies, UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers.

3. License and credential verification

We may use information in your application to verify insurance licenses, appointments, disciplinary history or other professional credentials through public records, licensing databases or service providers. We may request additional documentation later through a more secure process. Do not submit Social Security numbers, license copies, client lists or protected health information through the website form.

4. How we use information

  • Evaluate and respond to partner applications.
  • Verify qualifications and licensing.
  • Contact applicants about interviews, training, agreements and program updates.
  • Administer approved partner relationships and maintain business records.
  • Measure site performance, marketing attribution and security.

5. How information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that support website hosting, forms, communications, analytics, compliance and business operations. If necessary to evaluate or administer a relationship, we may also disclose relevant information to benefits program administrators or other business partners. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not sell or rent applicant information. Mobile contact information and text-message consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, understand traffic and measure advertising. Browser controls may allow you to limit cookies, but doing so can affect site functionality.

7. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including application review, relationship administration, dispute resolution and legal compliance.
