Data Usage Policy
Additional detail about how information submitted through the partner recruitment funnel is handled.
Effective September 17, 20261. Purpose
This Data Usage Policy supplements our Privacy Policy. It explains how application, campaign and website data support the Benefits Partner Network process.
2. Application data
Application data includes contact details, agency information, licensed states, experience, typical employer group sizes, business focus, written responses and consent records. We use this information to assess alignment, verify credentials, communicate with applicants, prepare training or agreements and administer an approved partner relationship.
3. Technical and campaign data
We may use device, browser, IP address, page activity, referral source, UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid and similar data to secure the site, diagnose problems, attribute marketing and improve the recruitment funnel.
4. Screening and review
Application data may be organized or screened to help prioritize review. A submitted application does not create approval, appointment, employment, agency authority or a compensation right. Black Flag makes the final relationship decision and may request further information.
5. Service providers and program partners
We may use service providers for hosting, form processing, email, phone, analytics, credential verification, compliance and business administration. Relevant information may be shared with a program administrator or other business partner when needed to evaluate or support the proposed relationship. These parties may process information under their own policies and contractual obligations.
6. Marketing and contact
If you consent, Black Flag may contact you by email, phone or text about your application, training, partner opportunities and related services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP and may opt out of promotional email using the instructions in the message.
7. No sale of application data
8. Retention and deletion
We retain data for a period reasonably related to recruiting, compliance, relationship administration, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Requests to correct or delete information may be sent to us, subject to lawful and legitimate recordkeeping exceptions.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. Do not send sensitive identity documents, Social Security numbers, client lists or protected health information through the public application form.
10. Contact
Questions and data requests may be sent to bronson@blackflagfunding.com or made by calling 702-250-9670.
